党的十一届三中全会后，面对发展困境，邓小平以其巨大的理论勇气和卓越的政治智慧，毅然决然地领导和推进社会主义改革，在改革进程中，通过不断探索与实践积累了一系列宝贵经验，如注重发挥群众的首创精神，改革注重系统性、协同性和渐进性，以开放促改革等。其意义体现了改革是实现社会主义现代化的动力，体现以人民为中心，适应先进生产力发展要求，以“三个有利于”标准判断改革得失等特点。党的二十届三中全会强调了新时代全面深化改革对于推进中国式现代化的重要性。回顾邓小平的领导社会主义改革经验，对于当前全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化具有重要的历史借鉴意义。

After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, Deng Xiaoping, with his great theoretical courage and excellent political wisdom, resolutely led and promoted the socialist reform in the face of development challenges. In the process of reform, a series of valuable experience has been accumulated through continuous explorations and practice, such as paying attention to giving play to the pioneering spirit of the masses, the emphasis on systematicity, coordination and progressiveness of the reform, and promoting the reform through opening up. Its significance lies in the characteristics that the reform is the driving force for realizing socialist modernization, reflects the people-centered concept, meets the developmental demands of advanced productive forces, and evaluate its gains and losses by the "Three-Favorables" criterion. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee has emphasized the importance of comprehensively deepening the reform in the new era for promoting the Chinese path to modernization. Reviewing the experience of Deng Xiaoping's leadership in the socialist reform has important historical significance for the currently comprehensive deepening of reform and the promotion of the Chinese path to modernization.
