海南大学学报(社会科学版)

国际旅游岛建设不仅给海南社会经济发展带来新的机遇,也对海南产业结构调整和产业升级提出更高要求。海南农业要充分发挥海南独特农业资源优势,及时转变农业发展方式,以实现国际旅游岛建设的战略目标。分析海南农业发展现状及所存在的问题,联系国际旅游岛建设对于海南农业发展的新要求和新挑战,有必要从食品安全、农业产业链、农业的多功能性、与东盟合作几个方面提出相应的发展对策。

International Tourism Island construction not only brings new opportunities to Hainan's social and economic development,but also raises higher demands on the adjustment and promotion of Hainan industrial structure.Therefore,Hainan agriculture should make full use of its unique advantages in agricultural resources and alter timely its agriculture development pattern so as to fulfill the strategic objective of International Tourism Island construction.Based on the analysis on the current developmental situation and existing problems about Hainan agriculture,and on the study of the new requirements and challenges cast upon Hainan agriculture development by International Tourism Island construction,this paper puts forward corresponding development countermeasures in following aspects: food safety,agricultural industrial chains,multifunctional agriculture,cooperation with ASEAN,etc.
